While requests by mail are welcome, the preferred method is use the form on the “Ordering” page, where the transactions are handled by PayPal, an eBay company that enables anyone with an email address to send and receive online payments safely, easily and quickly.

If you submit an order through this form, you will receive an email acknowledgement in reply, setting out the total costs involved.

This includes the price of standard and registered postage and will also give details of how the amount may be paid into a PayPal account.

When PayPal has cleared this transaction, you will receive a notification when the order has been posted.

Persons who order direct downloads will be sent the link to the PDF file(s.)

A typical transaction can be completed in 24 hours but in the event of it taking longer, there is no need for concern as PayPal will oversee the process until all the steps have been carried out.
